Hors d'oeuvres:  "I just called to say Olive You" featuring stuffed olives, tapenade, and feta

Soup:  "Clam Ciao-der" with butter, clams, potatoes, and more butter

Appetizer:  Spanakopita - a wild mushroom and spinach strudel with hickory smoked feta and goat cheese

Salad:  Panzanella with slow roasted tomato and garlic, baby dill, fresh pickle, sweet onion, and parmesan reggiano

Main Course:  "3 Little Pigs" featuring a Tuscan marinated port tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto wrapped in pecan smoke bacon

Dessert:  Dark chocolate espresso mousse with Madagascar vanilla
